Chandni Chowk MP and Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) Secretary General Shri Praveen Khandelwal hailed the historic victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Delhi, stating that under the charismatic leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the people of Delhi have chosen a double-engine government, delivering a well-deserved punishment to Arvind Kejriwal and his coterie for deceiving and betraying Delhi for the past ten years. He emphasized that people have reposed their trust in PM Modi’s decisive leadership to steer Delhi towards a brighter and more prosperous future.
Shri Khandelwal also announced that to celebrate BJP’s victory, Delhi’s traders have decided to decorate the city’s markets on Monday. Markets across the capital will be adorned with lighting and festive decorations as part of the celebrations.
He further stated that BJP’s triumph is a testament to the unwavering faith and trust people have in Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The people of Delhi, having witnessed the performance of BJP-led governments across various states, have reaffirmed their belief in Modi’s commitment to delivering on his promises—what he says, he delivers.
Shri Khandelwal highlighted that for years, the people of Delhi have suffered due to Kejriwal’s failed policies, unfulfilled promises, and a leadership style that prioritized self-interest over public welfare. Basic services were neglected, traders faced unnecessary hurdles, and governance was marred by scandals and inefficiency. Delhi deserves much better, and now, the people have placed their trust in BJP to bring real transformation.
Under the strong and visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Delhi is now set to embark on a new journey of development and progress, with BJP scripting a new chapter of growth for the capital.
