India has achieved a significant milestone by securing the 2nd position in the QS Corporate Index, marking its rise as a global hub for corporate excellence and innovation. This remarkable achievement reflects the transformative initiatives and forward-thinking policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which have positioned India as a preferred destination for businesses and investments worldwide-said Mr Praveen Khandelwal, MP from Chandni Chowk & Secretary General, Confederation of All India Traders ( CAIT).

Mr Khandelwal said that under PM Modi’s visionary leadership, several initiatives have contributed to this success including reforms aimed at simplifying processes, reducing bureaucratic hurdles, enabling India to attract global corporations and entrepreneurs.Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bhara flagship programs have spurred domestic manufacturing, encouraged self-reliance, and boosted India’s competitiveness on the global stage.

Mr Khandelwal further said that
Startup India and Digital India greatly promoted innovation, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship, these initiatives have catalyzed growth across sectors, creating a robust ecosystem for startups and businesses. Programs such as Skill India have empowered India’s youth with the tools needed to meet global industry standards, driving productivity and innovation in the corporate sector.

He said that these initiatives led India to global recognition.
India’s rise in the QS Corporate Index highlights its growing influence in the global economy and reaffirms international confidence in its policies, infrastructure, and talent pool.
